Time Strategies that Work for Me

The Psychology of Checklists:
ThePsyofChecklists
I love checklists and this article was all about how your brain loves you when you do. It makes the work that you do fun and exciting because at the end you get to check it off. That dopamine will start flowing and your body reacts very well to it. So we need to start making more checklist because our brain will want to get more done because of all the rewards it is getting. I already use checklists but I did not know of the great benefits. Yay for checklists.

3 STEPS TO RECAPTURE TIME:
TimeManagement
1. Take 15 minutes to relax; pray, meditate, identify the task and then break tasks down into little things.
2. It's okay to not always feel okay. What I mean by that is it is okay to not feel as involved, we go through pruning stages. It is good to go through that stage and prune what is not good in your life: friends, a certain job, a stresser etc.
3.Say no!! Remeber the priorities you have set, you can make time, and don't feel bad for saying no. You can say it politely and not actually use the word no.

Make yourself a priority to your priorities and get stuff done this semester!
