Be a Mirror: Give Readers Feedback That Fosters a Growth Mindset
GM
As a psychology major, we talk about growth mindset a lot and how it affects not only kids but adults. If you are told that you aren't going places and you believe that, it will be hard for you to do so. I think it is so important to believe in yourself and others. We need to remember to encourage one another and not set limits on abilities. I love to tell kids that they can do anything and then give them a realistic way to get there. It is hard to see yourself as successful sometimes but I believe people can do the incredible.

How to Craft Constructive Feedback
Be a witness, be a mirror, and be a guide are the big three things and I think we can all learn from this. Remember that when giving feedback that you need to be kind and wear their shoes. We all aren't perfect but we can help build each other up. I like the easy quick little guide that can help people in the workplace for sure. That would be a good poster to put in an office.
